Our People

Joel & Tara Cosme

With a combined background in childcare, public schools, and special education, it became clear to Joel & Tara that many administrators and providers would benefit from hosting training at their own locations, without all the typical stipulations and extra fees. CTO was founded to meet the unique needs of centers and businesses both very small and very large, and of providers both seasoned and new to their fields. Tara holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University. Joel received his Bachelor's from the University at Buffalo, and recently completed his M.S. in Psychology. They both currently work as providers for individuals with special needs and are opening Community Grounds, a coffee shop and meeting house in their neighborhood. They have an adventurous 12 year old and energetic infant.  Joel conducts all of CTO's CPR & First Aid classes throughout Ohio, and is known to leave participants laughing!

Denise Grambo

Denise Grambo is the best Child Abuse Recognition & Prevention trainer in the state of Ohio. She has a degree in social work and has provided training for nearly two decades. She is also a supervisor at Family to Family. Denise ensures that her classes end with everyone understanding the importance of keeping children safe. There is rarely a dry eye in the class from her passionate take on training.

Carly Stern

Carly Stern provides Communicable Disease training throughout Ohio. Carly obtained her Bachelor's in social work from Bowling Green State University and her degree in nursing from Columbus State Community College. When she isn't teaching the world about the importance of understanding communicable diseases and working as an RN at Madison Health, she is spending time with her three lovely children and husband.
