Tara and Joel, Co-Owners
With a combined background in childcare, public schools, and special education, it became clear to Tara that many administrators and providers would benefit from hosting training at their own locations and/or online, without all the typical stipulations and extra fees. CTO was founded by Tara to meet the unique needs of centers and businesses both very small and very large, and of providers both seasoned and new to their fields. As the business began to grow, Joel joined as a trainer and later as co-owner. They also co-own Community Grounds:Coffee & Meeting House and Catherine Street Mercantile in their neighborhood, as well as Off Center: Patio and Pub in Old Hilliard. Joel conducts some of CTO's CPR, First Aid, other classes throughout Ohio, and is known to leave participants laughing! Tara maintains all the real deal good stuff that happens behind the scenes and is currently focused on growth and community outreach.
